Princess Piper!

Piper has made her grand entrance! She was a couple of days late, but so worth the wait! Born February 25th 3:20 AM! She weighed in at 6lbs 4oz and 21 inches long. We are all so sad that we don't get to be with Jamie and Jared right now. We all have trips coming up soon and can't wait to meet this sweet little princess!

I am BIG!

Boy Oh Boy! Hendrix is about as big as they come! The doctor could not believe the numbers:

• Weight: 16lbs 2oz (88th Percentile)
  
• Height: 27 inches (96th Percentile)
  
• Head: 44 cm (91st Percentile)

2 Months ago he was only 23 inches long, ya he grew 4 inches in two months. The peace PJ's in these pictures are size 9 months and they are fitting him quite snugly. I guess I need to start purchasing size 12 months!!! Wow, when this kid starts eating real food, I am going to be one poor mamma! We did start him on rice cereal, which he now eats twice a day.

4 Months Old!!!

Hendrix passed the 4 month mark on Valentines Day! He is such a little stud muffin! We take him to the doctor tomorrow for his 4 month check up and another round of treacherous shots! At least this time we can be a little more prepared - Tylenol before hand! I will post stats tomorrow!

We have been busy little bees - long story short... We are renting out our condo and gutted One's parents basement. We will be moving in there and buying the house as soon as we can do something about our condo. We are really excited about the move and the basement is looking so good! We hope to be moved in by the end of this month!!!

Bumbo Baby!

So little Claire let Mr. Hendrix borrow her Bumbo. Ya, we know it is pink - but real men wear pink! He really enjoys sitting up and being more independent in the Bumbo. It is quite a great little invention.


We have been keeping busy around here. Hendrix is growing so much. He will soon be 4 months old. We believe he weighs about 15 0r 16 lbs. I weighed him with me and that is our approximate calculation. We started feeding him rice cereal at night, because it is the only way to keep his belly full! He has now figured out how to put all his toys in his mouth. He plays with his binky more that he sucks on the dang thing. He likes to take it out and try to figure out how to put it back in. He is also slobbering like crazy - maybe teeth are soon to come!?! The poor little buddy is constantly scratching his cute little face with those hard to cut finger nails! Dang it. We are just having so much fun with him!
